Saturday 30th September

8.00am Join Peter this morning on a foraging adventure around Niue
After your breakfast at the Scenic Matavai, tour with Peter to visit a local Vanilla farm, Niue Fresh hydroponics, Niue honey sites and a Village garden to discover the secret tastes of Niue
Transport provided
 

1.00pm Light Lunch
Afternoon free to self-explore – relax


7.00pm Dinner prepared by Peter Gordon

Sunday 1st October   

12.30pm New Zealand High Commission lunch on the lawn
Guest Chefs:
Peter Gordon, Head Chef Nagaraju Sunkara and Head Pastry Chef Elenoa Saumi from The Sugar Club
Join us for one of Peter’s signature fusion lunches showcasing Niuean produce accompanied by fabulous Invivo wines.
Venue: New Zealand High Commission Residence, Tapeu Hill, Tapeu
Cost for external attendees: $80.00 per person

Afternoon and evening free to self-explore and relax
 

Dinner available at own cost from Washaway Café (Avatele), Hio Café (Tuapa) or  Humu Resort (Mutulau).

 

Monday 2nd October

Day free to explore and enjoy our beautiful island of Niue
 

6.00pm Enjoy the experience of an authentic Niuean Village Feast
Join Peter and enjoy Niuean food offerings traditionally prepared for us by the Village of Hakupu
Venue: Hakupu Atua Village
Transport provided

Tuesday 3rd October     

8.30am Brunch prepared by Peter Gordon
Join Peter for a relaxed brunch before heading home

Transport provided to airport
